Your First Visit


Our aim is to provide high quality, gentle dental care in a relaxed environment. We are confident that you will feel very comfortable in our office as we welcome all patients as if they were family.

Our rooms are as relaxing as possible! We use essential oils and chill-out music in our reception area. You can even choose to watch a DVD in our treatment rooms.


If you would like to make an appointment, please contact our office by phone or email. Our reception staff would be delighted to make an appointment to fit in with your schedule.

We keep emergency appointments available for patients, just in case something unexpected happens! We provide an out-of-hours number for emergencies.

Health Fund Claims

We are happy to provide the HICAPS facility which enables claims from most funds directly at the time of your appointment. By claiming your health fund benefit at our office, you will only need to cover the gap payment.

We accept HICAPS claims for the following funds: Medibank Private, BUPA (including HBA), Peoplecare, Navy Health, Defence Health, Teachers Health Fund, Police Health, Doctors Health Fund, Australian Unity, NIB, AHM (by Medibank), Westfund, GMHBA, HBF, HCF, GMF, CBHS, LaTrobe, Uni Health Insurance, HIF, St Lukes Health, CUA, TUH, GUHealth, Frank Health Insurance, Fit Health Insurance, API Health Linx, ACA Health, MDHF, RT Health, Budget Direct, , RACT Health Insurance, Queensland Country Health Club and onemedifund. By using HICAPS to claim electronically on-the-spot, you need only pay the balance owing after the claim.

We will do everything we can to help you afford the treatment you need and want.
A comprehensive written treatment plan is given to all patients at the time of their examination. This treatment plan will have item numbers, descriptions of treatment required and the estimated fee.

We accept payment under the Medicare Child Dental Benefit Scheme. and Department of Veterans’ Affairs patients.

Forms of payment accepted by the office are cash, EFTPOS, Visa, Mastercard, Amex or Bank cheque. If you have complex treatment and would like a payment plan our Practice Manager will be able to assist you.


When you book an appointment with one of our practitioners, this time is reserved for you. If you are unable to keep an appointment, we ask that you kindly provide us with at least 24 hours notice. We ask for this advance notice so that we can offer this time to other patients.

If you are sick, please give as much notice as possible. Please cancel your appointment if you are unwell, especially if you have a respiratory infection. In the interests of other patients, please do not bring sick children to the practice.


If you would like to be reminded the day before your appointment, please ask us at the time of booking. We can SMS your mobile, send you an email or give an old-fashioned telephone call!

Regular Examinations

We recommend 6 monthly examinations for most people, especially children. We are happy to book your next appointment in 6 months and remind you close to the time to check the appointment still suits you.

This method ensures regular examinations and saves paper and postage! It is especially useful if you have particular times or days that suit you better than others. call!
