Healthcare consumers are encouraged to reach out with any complaints or concerns regarding their care. Complaints can be submitted via email to admin@thesmileplace.com.au, where they are promptly reviewed and forwarded directly to the Practice Manager or Principal Dentist for appropriate follow-up.
Alternatively, consumers are welcome to contact the practice by phone to discuss their concerns with a team member, who can then escalate the matter as needed. To ensure all concerns are addressed respectfully and efficiently, we maintain a confidential and supportive process for managing feedback.
