If your child is eligible for the Medicare Child Dental Benefits Schedule, their check-up and clean may be completely bulk billed — meaning no out-of-pocket cost to you. We check eligibility when you book. If you’re unsure, just ask our team and we’ll look it up for you on the spot.

Age-based pricing, always transparent
We use age-based pricing to make sure your child’s appointment is fairly priced for their stage of dental development. All prices include check-up, bitewing x-rays, and scale and clean.
Health fund rebates may apply and will be processed at time of appointment. CDBS eligible children may receive treatment at no out-of-pocket cost. If additional treatment is required beyond the standard appointment, this will always be discussed and quoted before proceeding.

Common questions from parents
Children aged 2–17 who receive certain government payments (such as Family Tax Benefit Part A) may be eligible. We check this for you when you book — just let us know and we’ll look it up on the spot.
We recommend bringing children in from around 12 months, or when their first tooth appears — whichever comes first. Early visits help children get used to the dental environment and allow us to monitor development from the start.
Our team has a lot of experience with anxious children. We take it at your child’s pace, explain everything as we go, and never rush. Happy gas (nitrous oxide) is also available if needed. Just mention it when you book.
The $205–$245 price covers the check-up, x-rays, and clean only. If your child needs any additional treatment, we’ll discuss it clearly and provide a written quote before anything proceeds.
Absolutely. Parents are always welcome to stay with their child throughout the appointment, and we encourage it — especially for younger or more anxious patients.
