Yes — this offer is open to all new patients who have not previously visited The Smile Place Mt Eliza. It is available with Dr James Dang, Dr Semi Lim, and Dr Madeline Townsend.
Yes. The $295 adult price covers your full examination, scale and clean, fluoride treatment, and x-rays if clinically required. The only additional costs that may arise are if deeper periodontal treatment is identified as necessary — this will always be discussed and quoted clearly before proceeding.
Yes, we process HICAPS rebates on the spot. Depending on your level of cover, your out-of-pocket expense may be reduced. Please check with your fund for your specific entitlements.
This specific offer applies to appointments with Dr James, Dr Semi, and Dr Madeline. If you’d prefer to see Dr Andre or Dr Michael, please call us directly and we’ll do our best to accommodate you — though their books are currently very busy.
Please allow approximately 1.5 hours for your first visit. This gives your dentist enough time to be thorough and unhurried.
If any treatment is recommended, your dentist will explain everything clearly, give you a written quote, and let you decide on next steps — with no pressure whatsoever.
